Japan is really a heaven for junk food lovers. There are a lot of bizarre and unintentionally hilarious Japanese junk food products out there. Take this one for example. I bought this box of sweets in my local Japanese shop the other day.
Now, I kid you not my friends, this is a real product sold in Japan. I’m sure that the name is meant to sound French as the product is a combination of “langue de chat” and chocolate cream. But hey! knock knock!! Are there any English speakers in their marketing department? Have they ever thought about what it actually sound like in English???
This manufacturer has another variation of the theme. Honestly… I’m lost for words.
